Eligible Concessions: Palace Movie Club Members (max 2), Full time Students (photo ID required), Senior Citizens, Health Care Card Holders, Pensioners. The cardholder must present a current ID card in order to gain the concession.

MULTIPLE FILM PASSES

5 film pass - $65.00
Multi-film passes are for separate, preselected sessions for one person are available at the box office. All films must be chosen in advance to different films at the time of purchase. Passes from the cinema's box offices will only be applicable for sessions at that venue.

Cinemas sell tickets only for sessions at their respective venues. There are no booking fees for purchasing at cinemas with cash.

All major credit cards accepted. Booking fees apply.

Tickets may be purchased using all major credit cards by calling the cinemas on the phone numbers opposite.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
- All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
- Box offices open daily from 12pm until 8.30pm unless noted otherwise. Cinema box offices can only sell tickets for their respective venues.
- Cinema box offices accept all major credit cards
- Festival tickets , once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Patrons are encouraged to collect booked tickets 30 minutes prior to the session to avoid queues.
- Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings.
- Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
- All non-English language films have English subtitles.
- Allocated seating in Melbourne and Brisbane. Seating is unreserved in all other cities.
- All ticket prices are GST inclusive.
